General Information
On November 12, 2025, Pavilion 10 at Expo Tel Aviv will host the Israel Security Conference, the Israel Security Exhibition, and – for the first time – the Fire Safety, Rescue, and Emergency Preparedness Exhibition.
This conference aims to establish a professional security community and a forum for strategic dialogue among Israel’s top security professionals. Participants include leading figures from the national and civil security sectors, heads of intelligence and protection agencies, senior security officers from public authorities and large corporations, CEOs of major security and command center companies, and more.
The conference is presided over by Retired Police Commissioner Shlomo Aharonishki, and the steering committee is comprised of former and current high-ranking officials from national security organizations.

- Hotel Security Managers Conference – approx. 100–150 participants
- Mall and Retail Security Managers Conference – approx. 100 participants
- Mass Event Security Forum – under the auspices of the Mass Event Security Division, Israel Police – approx. 250 participants
- Community Security Conference – supported by the Israel Police and Border Police – approx. 450 participants
- Security Company Managers & License Holders Forum – with the Firearms Licensing Division and Security Division – over 400 participants
- Advanced Security Technologies Forum – approx. 200 participants, including integrators, consultants, and technologists
- High-Rise Building Safety and Fire Protection Conference – in collaboration with the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority

Expected Attendance
We anticipate the participation of approximately 2,000 professionals from Israel’s security ecosystem, including more than 200 officers and regulators from bodies such as the Ministry of National Security, Israel Police, Prison Services, Counter-Terrorism Bureau, Ministry of Defense Security Authority (Malmab), Airports Authority, Border Crossings Authority, Court Security, and the IDF. Also attending will be over 200 consultants, integrators, manufacturers, importers, and exporters.
Launch of the Israel Security Managers Association
The conference will also host the official launch of the Israel Security Managers Association, intended to serve as the official representative body for all active security managers across the country.
ISTS – Israel Security Technology Showcase
Alongside the conference, the ISTS Exhibition will present cutting-edge technologies, tools, and services in the field of security. In recent years, over 40 leading companies exhibited annually, drawing more than 1,600 visitors last year. Attendance for 2025 is expected to exceed 2,000.
IFSTS – Israel Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness Technology Showcase
This year, the exhibition expands into new fields with the IFSTS Exhibition, showcasing solutions in fire safety, rescue, and emergency preparedness. Around 30 companies are expected to participate. Alongside security professionals, the target audience will include procurement and project managers from construction firms, fire safety and electrical consultants, certified fire safety officers, system integrators, and more. Expected attendance: over 1,000 visitors.
